Juicing has easily become a healthy, popular, and fun way to add more nutrients into your daily diet. Using a juicer at home will save you money over store bought drinks or frequent visits to the juice bar.

Each year we push pounds of fruits and leafy veggies through the best juicers on the market. We compare key features such as motor power, jug capacity, price, and overall value. We know options can be overwhelming when shopping, but we're confident in our buying guide and juicer reviews.

Breville BJE200XL Juice Fountain Compact

BJE200XL Features
  • Centrifugal Juicer
  • 700-Watt Motor
  • Wide 3" Feed Tube
  • 1.6 Quart Pulp Container
  • Compact Design
  • Dishwasher Safe Parts
  • 1 Year Limited Warranty

At a great price point just under $100, we chose the Breville Juice Fountain Compact as the best juicer machine available. With a powerful motor and a compact design, this model is ideal for first time juicers who want an appliance that is easy to setup, compact, yet powerful.

The high-powered 700-watt motor and titanium cutting disc makes the BJE200XL one of the fastest juicers in comparison to its smaller size. With the added 3" feed tube, we were able to juice whole apples in about 3 seconds. This is great for those who juice frequently, but are limited on time.

One of our favorite features to this machine is the included 25 oz Juice Jug. You can make extra juice and store it for later use. The jug has a storage lid and optional froth separator for easy pouring. It's also great for users who are tight on space since the Juice Jug is separate from the actual juicer.

We found cleaning this machine to be just as fast as juicing with it. The internal pulp container saves counter space and is really easy to empty. Like most juicers, the BJE200XL comes with a cleaning brush and the parts are dishwasher safe.

It was just about impossible to find anything wrong with this Breville juicer. Common to most centrifugal juicers, some ingredients such as kale don't yield as much juice as expected. It's a great value with the trusted Breville name, and includes a full 1 year warranty.

From Amazon Buyer Dreaming of Hawaii:

"This juicer is better than anticipated. I don't juice everyday, but on the days I do this juicer is the BOMB! Clean up is easy as long as you don't let it sit around drying up. I have juiced for my kids that are NOT big vegetable fans and they have not complained one bit about drinking any of the juice varieties I've made. I think our family favorite is one with beets, carrots, ginger, orange, apple, celery.

The blades are razor sharp and I do use the included brush to clean out this part of the juicer, I've found that scrubbing the outer side of the mesh pushes the small pieces out easier, after I get most of the blade section clean I plop it upside down on the top rack of the dishwasher and it cleans up like new. MY only complaint is probably the same as most I've read, when you're adding second, third, forth fruits/veggies to the juicer the prior juices do splatter out a bit, not really sure how one is to avoid this from happening. I've found lovely beet juice (which stains) splatters on my counter, back splash, clothes, face etc.....I've now learned to wear an apron while juicing! I guess it may behoove me to let it run a bit longer between adding items to ensure the prior juice has settled."

Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite

800JEXL Features
  • Centrifugal Juicer
  • 2-Speed 1000-Watt Motor
  • Wide 3" Feed Tube
  • 3.2 Quart Pulp Container
  • Die-Cast Steel Housing
  • Dishwasher Safe / BPA Free Parts
  • 1 Year Limited Warranty

Heavy duty, powerful, and robust are the only terms to describe the Breville Juice Fountain Elite. Packed with a strong and fast 1000-watt 2-speed motor, this commercial grade centrifugal juicer doesn't disappoint. It extracts the most juice, and leaves the pulp container more dry than other juicers we reviewed.

Breville's variable motor speeds give you more control when juicing. The high-speed setting is best for more dense fruits and vegetables, while low-speed is best for softer fruits and vegetables. Both speeds are not too noisy and sound similar to a standard blender. Similar to the mentioned BJE200XL, this juicer also boasts a 3" feed chute for whole ingredients and titanium cutting blades for heavy duty juicing.

This is probably one of the best machines for juicing in bulk. It has a massive external pulp container so you don't have to stop frequently to empty it. The 1-liter juice jug is perfect for storing juices and features a built-in cover with froth separator. Both of these parts are removable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

The 800JEXL is a beast - made entirely of die-cast steel housing, and is built to last. Breville does sell replacement parts on their website just in case. Everything else is covered by their 1 year warranty. The Juice Fountain Elite does have a higher price point, but is worth EVERY penny!

From Amazon Buyer Netty:

"This is my first time juicing. I couldn't possibly ask for more. Easy to set up, easy to use, and extremely easy to clean. It seems to suck out as much juice as possible, because what's left inside is completely dry. I have had no issues and I hope it stays that way. So far so good, now it just has to stand the test of time."

Omega J8006 Nutrition Center Juicer

J8006 Features
  • Masticating Juicer
  • Low Speed 80RPM Motor
  • Minimizes Oxidation
  • Easiest to Clean
  • Automatic Pulp Ejection
  • Built-in Top Handle
  • 15 Year Warranty (USA)

For consumers who love leafy greens in their diet, the Omega Nutrition Center Juicer yields the most kale juice of all the juicers we tested. The secret behind being the best selling cold press masticating juicer for years is how slow this unit operates. (We're not crazy!)

Operating at a low speed of only 80 RPMs allow the Omega J8006 to be unique and multifunctional. Juice is produced by slowly crushing and squeezing - leaving drier and less pulp behind. This dual-stage process also gives the machine its ability to offer additional functions in the kitchen aside from just juicing.

Since the juicing process is slow and steady, the J8006 is by far the best juicer for greens. We did have to cut up fruits and veggies into smaller pieces compared to other juicers. The Omega juicer feed chute is smaller, and most larger produce doesn't fit without some chopping. If you do get backed up with pieces that are too large, the J8006 utilizes and 'reverse' feature to correct clogs.

Without a removable pulp container or juice jug, the Nutrition Center Juicer does take up a little more counter space from its horizontal design. It does however feature a sturdy 4-leg stance and a built-in handle up top for easy relocation. Omega stands behind this well built appliance with the best 15 year warranty.

From Amazon Buyer and Blogger Mean Green Chef:

"I am a research shopper and it took me several weeks to decide which juicer would fit our needs. I actually bought 2, this Omega 8006 which is a Masticating Juicer (which I am sure many of you know), and I also bought a Oster JusSimple 5 Speed Easy Clean Juice Extractor with Extra-Wide Feed Chute, FPSTJE9020-000, 1000W, Black/Silver a Centrifuge Juicer that we picked up at Target for $79. Both are excellent juicers and serve different purposes in my kitchen. We juice daily, to the tune of about a half a gallon daily for 2 people, with a large variety of fruits and vegetables. My Omega is my go-to juicer for sure, I have even come to love my orange, pineapple and other tender skinned fruits juiced with the Omega over the Oster. I run it every night for 30-45 minutes to make juice for the next day. I also run it every morning to make straight celery juice (not for the faint of heart :P) it's a solid workhorse, quiet and so so easy to clean! I love it, I use it and I will swear by it, get the Omega and Happy Juicing!"

Breville BJE430SIL Juice Fountain Cold

BJE430SIL Features
  • Centrifugal Juicer
  • 2-Speed 850-Watt Motor
  • Wide 3" Feed Tube
  • 70 Ounce Storage Jug
  • Cold Spin Technology
  • Dishwasher Safe Parts
  • 1 Year Limited Warranty

Another Breville juicer - they're just that good. The Juice Fountain Cold was built with a few great features we found in the other Breville models, starting with the 3" wide feed chute.

Powered by a strong 850-watt 2-speed motor, we had no problem breaking down all types of produce. High-speed runs at 6500 RPMs, and is great for more solid fruits and vegetables. Low-speed performs at a quiet 1300 RPMs while getting the most out of leafy ingredients such as kale and spinach.

The BJE430SIL stands out with the ability to yield larger amounts of juice with less downtime. A massive 3.4-liter external pulp bin keeps you juicing with less interruptions to empty it. On the other end is the 70 oz Seal and Store Juice Jug. Fill it up, pop it in the fridge and you have your favorite juice on hand for days.

Well built and powerful, this juicer does have more external parts (most are dishwasher safe) and does take up a little more space in the kitchen. Like most of their appliances, Breville does have a 1 year warranty on the juicer, and accessories along with replacement parts available on their website.

From Amazon Buyer Gurtej Grewal:

"I've been wanting a juicer for a while but everyone always said it was a beast to clean and so much work involved. After reading tons of reviews, I finally decided to go with the Breville Cold Fountain and it was well worth the money. So simple to use and clean up is a breeze. Definitely nothing like what I've heard about juicers. The trick is to clean the juicer as soon as you're done juicing and to use the included brush on the mesh filter!"
